OUR PROCESS

To ensure every Veteran and family receives the most impactful experience possible, we follow a transparent, six-step process:

APPLY

Start by filling out our online nomination form. Tell us about the Veteran’s service, their family, and why they would benefit from an adventure, experience or specific resource.

REVIEW

Our team carefully reads every submission to ensure the nominee meets our eligibility criteria and that their needs align with our current capabilities.

CONTACT

We reach out to the nominator or the Veteran directly to gather a few more details, answer questions, and get a true sense of their story.

PERSONALIZE

No two Veterans are the same. We take the time to tailor a specific resource, adventure, or experience that fits their unique interests.

VOTE

Our volunteer Board of Directors reviews the personalized plan and casts a final vote to approve the funding and resources for the plan.

IMPLEMENT

Once approved, we handle the logistics and bring the plan to life, providing the Veteran and their family with an unforgettable experience, adventure, or resource.
