On August 26, 2021, thirteen of our nation’s finest stood at the gap between chaos and hope. Though they represented different branches of our Armed Forces, they were united by a single, selfless mission: to protect those who could not protect themselves. We honor the "Fallen 13" for the profound purpose with which they lived and the lasting light they left behind.
They are, and will forever be, our brothers and sisters.
